CANCELLATION POLICY
COURSE HIRING AND PAYMENT
The course, as well as additional services such as accommodation, activities, transfers, etc., will be hired together considering the number of students in the group and the services contracted, giving a final price per student.
An invoice will be issued at the time of hiring, and 20% of the total price must be paid as a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid 46 days before the group’s arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of complete cancellation of the group, this must be done 45 days before the group’s arrival date, and the full amount will be refunded except for the 20% deposit. The group will receive a credit that can be used within two years to book another course at one of our centres.
