Individuals
COURSE HIRING AND PAYMENT
- Extensive courses: The reservation is confirmed with the payment of the registration fee (40 euros).
- Intensive courses: At least 20% of the total course fee must be paid as a deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid two weeks before the student’s arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Extensive courses: The course is billed monthly, so it is necessary to notify at least five days before the end of the month to avoid the issuance of the invoice for the following month.
- Intensive courses:
- Academia Británica will refund the course fee if the cancellation is made 15 days before the start, except for the 20% deposit. The student will receive a credit that can be used within a year to book another course at one of our centres.
- Once the course has started, no refunds will be possible. Contact us and we will find a solution for you.

COURSE HIRING AND PAYMENT
The course, as well as additional services such as accommodation, activities, transfers, etc., will be hired together considering the number of students in the group and the services contracted, giving a final price per student.
An invoice will be issued at the time of hiring, and 20% of the total price must be paid as a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid 46 days before the group’s arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of complete cancellation of the group, this must be done 45 days before the group’s arrival date, and the full amount will be refunded except for the 20% deposit. The group will receive a credit that can be used within two years to book another course at one of our centres.
