Visa and Refund Policy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age: 16 years
• No level required
• At least 20 hours per week
• Minimum stay: 3 months (12 weeks)

We do not charge for the processing service.

The student must provide the school with all the required information in the form, as well as a copy of the passport or an official document.

The student must specify the number of weeks, indicating the start date and the end date of the course.

Classes will take place in the facilities designated for Spanish courses, as indicated in the accreditation contract of Instituto Cervantes.

Attendance at classes will be mandatory from the beginning of the course, and the student will be required to attend in person.

Once the course is completed, the centre will provide the student with a certificate of achievement indicating the training received and the level acquired upon completion of their studies, always within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Likewise, the centre will suggest the student take an official Spanish language proficiency test at the end of their training (DELE or SIELE).

To issue the invitation letter for the contracted Spanish course, the student must pay the full course fee in advance.

The centre may establish vacation periods for students during the Spanish course, which will never exceed 10% of the course duration.

In case of study visa denial by consular authorities, the centre will refund the full amount paid by the student, except for 200 euros as administrative fees.
