Academia Británica is also fully committed to the development, renewal and professional training of its employees, as well as to the idea of providing the perfect conditions for them to carry out their work and give free rein to their vocation, resulting in greater benefits and a better learning experience for our students.
To achieve these objectives, Academia Británica uses content endorsed by the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL), through a communicative methodology that addresses the four areas of competence in languages:

Students of Academia Británica therefore learn:
- Skills to be able to make themselves understood in various situations, follow a conversation and express their personal opinions.
- Developing social interaction skills.
- Using persuasive language and manage negotiation.
- Improve knowledge of grammar, phonetics and phonology.
In all case, depending on the student’s level, the courses include:

- The ability to express what you know, think and believe. To make friends and give your opinion in a diplomatic, respectful way.
- To express attitudes and feelings in certain situations, to make suggestions, and to express intentions, wishes and decisions.
- To achieve the desired effect on the target listener or reader.
- Phonetic, phonological and spelling content.
- Phonetics and phonology.
- Spelling.
- Grammatical content.
- Lexical-semantic and socio-cultural contents.
